Practicing compassionately observing oneself and others while anchored in present-moment experiencing (deciding one is safe, valuable, and connected to all of life) updates neural pathways to reflect present experience. In this manner illusory patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior are gradually replaced by patterns that support Truth.
