Taking sides is the foundation of both inner and outer conflict
Depression is often fueled by judgment (from self or others) about one's capacities to stay safe, to be of service, and/or to belong.
Oppression is judgmental reactivity toward "disfavored" people that imposes additional burdens, thereby assuring a guise of inferiority

Thank you. There is lots of healing to be done and this starts the conversation and brings awareness to many, especially woman and African Americans. But the healing that I speak of is also transcending for the United States which includes whites as well. Again Thank you.
