The path of self liberation is simple but takes practice!
Content from my latest sense-a-book, A Body Path to Being:
Sense inward as you repeat this evocative question.
Offer curious attention to whatever you encounter, follow its thread, and notice ingrained beliefs and self judgments that arise to cast doubt on your OK-ness. Inquire into how and when such false beliefs and self judgments were adopted, understand and appreciate the role they played in the past, and notice anything that gets in the way of no longer taking them seriously.
Compassionate self awareness for healing, growth & well-being

"Negative" attitudes are waiting for attention!
"Negative" attitudes are often related to patterns of distress, ingrained or adopted in childhood, that have been unconsciously carried into the present. The life energy invested in maintaining these feelings can be liberated and attitudes transformed by the healing power of Love, delivered in the form of unconditional attention, acceptance, appreciation, affection, and allowing (David Richo's 5 A's). Embody radical acceptance through its regular practice and bring whatever you come into relationship with (especially yourself) alive. Find out more by exploring resources provided on this website.
Safety / Security
Value / Significance
Connection / Belonging
These are the 3 basic sources of our deepest fears as human beings. They are part of the inborn human operating system, designed for survival of our species, which will dictate our thoughts, feelings, and reactions unless and until we become fully conscious of their influence. Inquire into your body and practice acknowledging, accepting, and appreciating each one while anchoring yourself in compassionate, present-moment awareness. Unconditional acceptance of all the ways your body has invested life energy in addressing and maintaining survival can open a doorway to realizing the Truth of Being. Who are you without your deepest insecurities anyway?
